We are actively recruiting foster carers in West Sussex and East Sussex, particularly in Brighton, Littlehampton, Chichester, Seaford, Crawley, Horsham and Worthing. Our offices are situated in Rustington and we have social workers providing support for foster carers throughout Sussex.
We understand that the decision to become a foster carer can be a daunting one, and that sometimes you’ll want to talk to someone who has been through the process themselves.
That’s why we offer prospective carers a ‘buddy’ – one of our experienced carers who knows the ups, downs, ins and outs of the process and who can offer support and advice from the minute you apply to the day you are approved. So whether you’re just wanting to find out more or already made an application, we have someone you can talk to.
One Size Does Not Fit All
Every child is different – and so is every foster carer. Children’s needs vary greatly and at Compass we understand that yours do, too. As an independent fostering agency, our foster carers come from many different backgrounds and circumstances.
