This key role supports the organisation in ensuring that the qualification service is run in line with the Government Legislation, Regulations and Standards, together with the Inspecting Body.
The postholder must be driven by high performance, quality and offer an efficient and effective service to employees undertaking qualifications. Aligned with the Compass Vision and values and working closely with senior managers, it is a great opportunity to provide a comprehensive learning ethos by reviewing current frameworks, shaping the service, implementing systems and processes and make a difference to a learner’s journey.
You will preferably have an education background and/or social care sector knowledge and ideally hold the IQA qualification. You will need to demonstrate experience of designing and delivering in-house qualifications and possess management skills to lead a team.
Although you will be expected to work regularly with the team based at our Head office in Loughborough, the role involves countrywide travel and affords reasonable flexibility.
This role could suit well those with assistant head or departmental lead experience looking for a new challenge in adult learning within a child care setting.
