Compass East Annual Fishing Trip

Organised by one of Compass’ dedicated foster carers, the trip proved to be a huge success. Not only was a new record set for the heaviest fish caught, but the event also created special memories for everyone involved.

To make the experience extra special, every child received their own Compass t-shirt and enjoyed a delicious meal of burgers and chips, followed by waffles for dessert. As Senior Compliance Officer, Kia Byrne shared, “The kids had a really good time, and had lots of fun with the fish”.

For many, the highlight was not just the thrill of the competition, but the chance to spend time together in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
